This project concerns the construction of 9260m² of SHON (nett internal area) shared across two sites: site M9/B3 4640m² of SHON which is split between 4290m² of housing (47 units) and 350m² of commercial; site M9/B4 4620m² of SHON distributed between 4320m²  of housing (47 units) and 350m² of commercial.

The proposal was driven by the request from the OPAC de Paris to ensure that the project would gain a HQE certificate - French equivalent to LEED or BREEAM. This project is part of a larger masterplan which involves the regeneration of the area called ZAC Paris Rive Gauche. Located above the rail lines of the Gare d'Austerlitz, this project also has to incorporate the covering of the railway area.
