Private and public commissions for an architect

Paul Smith - aménagement de boutiqueAménagement de boutiques de luxe

Private commisions are not regulated in France but commissions for public works are very administrative. Despite this being the case the principle is the same for both:

  • equal treatment of all candidates and transparency in the procedure
  • preliminary definition of the requirements with a list of the documents included in the request for a proposal
  • the format and information to be returned with the offer (often including the envelope)
  • the date and the place for the return of the offers
  • contact details in case any additional queries arise
  • a request to confirm receipt of the expression of interest
